Nature of the Service
AOG.today is a digital B2B platform designed to facilitate real-time connections between aircraftoperators/MROs ("Buyers") and verified aviation parts suppliers ("Suppliers") for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and urgent sourcing situations.
Platform Role: AOG.today acts solely as a technological intermediary. We do not manufacture, own, buy,sell, inspect, or ship any aircraft parts. Any transaction, contract, or agreement formed as a result of using this Platform is strictly between the Buyer and the Supplier.
Account Security and Access
Upon registration, AOG.today will issue you (or allow you to create) a personal account and password.
- You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account details.
- Use of your password by anyone else, or sharing your credentials outside your authorized companyrepresentatives, may result in the suspension or termination of your rights to use AOG.today services.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Software License and Intellectual Property
AOG.today hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to accessand use the Platform for its intended B2B sourcing purposes.
AOG.today retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, its software, algorithms,databases, and all related intellectual property. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or translate the Platform software.
- Attempt to derive the source code or copy the Platform's core functionalities.
- Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.
Transactions, Shipping, and Compliance
Because AOG.today is not a party to the actual sale or transport of aircraft parts, the following applies to all users:
- Aviation Compliance: Buyers and Suppliers are entirely responsible for ensuring that all parts meetapplicable aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) and come with the correct certification (e.g., 8130-3, Form 1).
- Shipping and Hazardous Materials: The Supplier and Buyer are solely responsible for compliance withall customs, export controls, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations, and the declaration of hazardous materials or dangerous goods. AOG.today assumes no liability for delayed, seized, or damaged cargo.

You agree not to disclose, distribute, or use this information for any purpose outside of direct procurement activities on AOG.today.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The AOG.today Platform and all related information are provided "as is" and without warranty,express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of inventory, pricing, or response times provided by Suppliers.
- Use of this website, and the information found on it, is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
In the aviation industry, downtime is costly. However, AOG.today is a communication tool,not a logistics or parts provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOG.today shall not be responsible or liable for any direct,indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, liability for delayed flights, aircraft downtime costs (AOG costs), lost revenue, missed slots, stranded passenger costs, or damage to aircraft, even if AOG.today has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Modifications to the Terms
AOG.today reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Any such changes will be postedon this page, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
